I’m honestly in an awe of how I feel right now. I’m genuinely speechless. I’ve always heard from my mom & other relatives, as well as I’ve read & listened people talking about how meditation can do wonders. Little did I knew it could do this much. I’ve tried meditating with the help of various peaceful sounds of the sea, ocean, forest, river etc. But recently I started meditating with the help of the sound of OM ( Om chanting ). It wasn’t a normal path of sound where it’ll lead you but this was different. I don’t know it’s hard to explain, I started meditating & I couldn’t stop. I’ve probably meditated for 2 hours now. How do I feel? I feel pure, cleansed, refreshed, motivated, relaxed, powerful, thankful & all sorts of adjectives. There’s this energy, this different type of vibe which I’ve never felt before. You know me, I’m a HUGE believer of the UNIVERSE & it felt like the Universe is talking to me. I’m listening to it. It’s a different vibe. I can honestly do this the entire day. I can go about this for so long. Seriously I can not recommend you enough. Take 10 minutes of your day to meditate & be present in the moment. Trust me it’ll do wonders! If you’re having a bad day just go sit & meditate, all the negativity will be flushed out within minutes!
Meditation helps you to tap into your consciousness which is so important. If you are conscious about how you feel it’ll be much easier for you to take decisions. Consciousness is a state of mind. The more conscious you are you’ll be closer to knowing yourself & knowing the higher power.
I’m so thrilled to meditate again & I feel like I’ve found a thing which I can do for hours & hours & hours. ( besides sleeping & playing with dogs. )
